         We provide a comprehensive after care service to ensure all of our patients are satisfied with all aspects of our service from the eye test to the delivery of their spectacles. Vision Call considers this aspect of our service to be of paramount importance.

*  Spectacles are delivered to the place of testing and fitted to ensure maximum comfort.

*  Vision is checked for distance and/or reading with the new spectacles on.

*  Computerised engraving of frames with patients name, year of issue and purpose avoids confusion and mixing up of spectacles.

*  Eye examinations for new residents can be arranged as required.

*  Complementary sports bands and spectacle cords can be provided to encourage spectacle wear.

*  Posters can be placed in individuals rooms as a reminder of the importance of spectacle wear.

*  Complementary cleaning solution, magnifiers and repair kits are also available.

*  Vision Call laminated notices with our contact details to be displayed in your establishment.

*  If authorised we can remove old spectacles to encourage the wear of new spectacles, this also prevents confusion between old and new spectacles. These old spectacles are then sent by us to 'Vision Aid Overseas' to help those less fortunate.

*  Adjustments and repairs of spectacles as required on request, even after months of wear.
