If during the home eye test we aren’t able to provide exactly the solution that is needed on the spot, then within five to seven working days our dispensing assistant will return with spectacles tailored to the patient’s needs. Again, at this stage our dispenser will ask if there are any eyesight problems, to make certain that nothing has been missed, has changed or been remembered in the interim.

Our service includes repairs either in the home or at the Visioncall service centre.

A high standard of eye care for patients with eyesight problems demands continuous attention to detail.
