As qualified optometrists we are aware that VDU users have different visual requirements to non-users. The information gathered in the course of the eye examination allied with our experience means that we can offer comprehensive advice to your employees. We offer an extensive range of quality VDU frames with styles to suit all. In addition our own in-house lens laboratory ensures we have total quality control from start to finish.

Legislation & Additional Information

EC legislation, Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 and AOP (Association of Optometrists) recommendations have placed responsibility with the employer to provide;

*   A full eye examinations for employees commencing work with VDUs.
*   Regular eye checks thereafter.
*   Basic VDU Spectacles if required.
*   Prescription safety eye wear if the working environment so requires.
