Firstly, a full screening assessment is carried out, utilising the latest audiological equipment, which identifies any problems with hearing and determines whether further hearing assessment is required. If a potential hearing loss is identified, the hearing aid audiologist will undertake a more comprehensive assessment and identify the need for intervention with hearing aids or referral to a medical professional.

Hearing Aid Solutions
The audiologist provides a demonstration of potential hearing aid systems currently available on the market and recommends a hearing system tailored to the individual's needs. Visioncall provides hearing aid systems from well established manufacturers who work in conjunction with the company to provide a high standard of hearing devices.

After Care Service
Visioncall's after care service ensures that our staff are on hand to deal with any continuing rehabilitation required by the client to gain optimum benefit from their hearing system. As part of our continuing care plan, re-assessment of hearing needs are carried out on a yearly basis and any further input required by the hearing aid audiologist is readily provided.

Training
It's important that family and carers understand the issues and can help those suffering from hearing loss. Visioncall provides free training on the effects of sensory deprivation in a comprehensive DVD, covering both sight and hearing impairments.
