This is the mission that drives our team to deliver a person-centred eye care service across the UK.

Since 1994, we have been a leading eye care provider to the UK care home sector, delivering home sight tests to those unable to visit a high street optician.

Research indicates that more than 50% of elderly people living in care homes are living with some form of sight loss.

Sight loss can prevent people from taking part in activities as they may experience increased anxiety and frustration.

Our optometrists undergo dementia-friendly training to make sure we can communicate and engage respectfully with every person we visit, regardless of their communicative ability.

Being able to understand a person’s needs is a vital part of person-centred care and helps to safeguard their dignity and privacy.
